Nani Palkhivala Arbitration Centre (NPAC), was founded by the Palkhivala Foundation to preserve the values and ideals of Mr. Palkhivala, the renowned jurist, orator, author, diplomat and a statesman of exemplary character.

The NPAC aims to provide a world-class facility for arbitral proceedings with the aim of making it a centre of excellence in institutional arbitration in India.

In its endeavour to provide opportunities for interaction amongst professionals and academicians in the field of Arbitration, NPAC is conducting an International Conference on “Strengthening Arbitration in India –
